The Homework Gym provides structured sessions that combine physical strength training and academic study support. This includes guided fitness activities, homework assistance, study skills development, and preparation for assessments.

Our approach supports students’ overall wellbeing by promoting both physical activity and focused learning. Academic support services are designed to complement, not replace, classroom teaching.

3. Eligibility & Website Use

Our services are intended for primary school-aged children.
Bookings must be made by a parent or legal guardian, who retains responsibility for the student (duty of care outside session times and for providing accurate information).
You agree to provide accurate and current information when booking or registering.
You must not misuse this website, including attempting to interfere with its functionality or using it for unlawful purposes.

4. Bookings and Payments

All sessions must be booked in advance via our booking system.
Payment is required prior to attending sessions unless otherwise agreed.
We accept various payment methods, which will be outlined at checkout and may be updated from time to time.
Prices and packages are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. All communication regarding rescheduling should be made directly with The Homework Gym.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may result in forfeiting the session fee.
Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable.

6. Attendance and Punctuality

Students are expected to arrive on time.
Late arrivals may result in reduced session time.
Ongoing lateness or non-attendance may impact future bookings.

7. Student Responsibilities

Students agree to:

Bring required materials (homework, books, devices, etc.), as well as a water bottle, towel, and appropriate gym attire
Participate respectfully and follow instructions
Maintain appropriate behaviour at all times
We reserve the right to remove a student from a session if behaviour is disruptive or unsafe.

8. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

Parents/guardians agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Inform us of any relevant learning needs, medical conditions, injuries, or concerns
Support their child’s attendance and engagement

9. Health and Safety

We take reasonable steps to provide a safe environment.
Parents/guardians must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or additional needs.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries where reasonable care has been taken.

10. Physical Activity & Safety

The Homework Gym incorporates supervised physical strength and fitness activities as part of its sessions.
By enrolling in our services, parents/guardians acknowledge and agree that:
Physical activity involves inherent risks, including injury.
Students are physically able to participate in general fitness activities.
Any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations must be disclosed prior to participation.
All sessions are conducted with appropriate supervision and a focus on safety, technique, and age-appropriate activities. However, to the extent permitted by law, The Homework Gym is not liable for injuries sustained during participation where reasonable care and instruction have been provided.
Parents/guardians consent to their child participating in these activities unless otherwise advised in writing.

11. Intellectual Property

All content provided by The Homework Gym, including lesson materials, worksheets, resources, branding, logos, and website content, is the property of The Homework Gym and is protected by copyright laws.
Materials are for personal use only and must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
You must not use our branding or materials for commercial purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability

The Homework Gym aims to support academic improvement; however, we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes or results.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
