Strong
The Strong component focuses on developing functional and fundamental movement skills in a fun, supportive environment. Students engage in a variety of activities including strength training, conditioning and gymnastics-based movements, all designed to build strength, coordination, and confidence.
Sessions are held in a CrossFit gym, where we have exclusive access to high-quality equipment and space. Each session finishes with guided stretching to support recovery and flexibility, followed by a short break for water and reset time before transitioning into focused study support.

Study
The Study component is designed as more than just homework time - it’s about building strong study habits and consistent routines that support long-term learning.
With guidance from an experienced teacher, students receive support across all Key Learning Areas, including English, Mathematics, Science and Technology, HSIE (History/Geography), Creative Arts, and PDHPE.
Students can bring their current homework or, if preferred, families can let us know in advance what areas to focus on. All necessary resources are provided, and extension opportunities are available, including preparation for the OC test and Selective High School placement tests.
